+ What does Made to Order mean?

Some of our products are handmade in house by us, production time usually takes around 1-3 business days.

+ Do you make custom order?

Yes we do. We provide a custom order service with an additional charge. You can email us your idea or contact us here

+ Can't find my size?

We are open for custom order for any sizes, please email us at info@somewherenowhere.net.

+ Where do you ship from?

All orders will now ship from our Hong Kong studio. We will revise the rate from time to time so we can offer you the quickest and most economic delivery.

+ How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an dispatch confirmation email that will include your tracking number. If you require further information about your delivery, please email us at info@somewherenowhere.net and we will assist you further.

+ Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order for a full refund (excluding shipping charges paid), assuming goods are unworn and in original condition. All returns are bound by our Returns Policy. To make a return, please follow our process here.

+ Can't find my contury at check out?

You will be able to find the appropriate country at the checkout page, if you can't find your country while entering your billing details please send us a email and we'll expand our delivery areas as soon as possible.

+ Where is my order?

Tracking information can be found within the dispatch confirmation email. Please be noted that the link of the tracking number might not reflect the right courier, you can refer to the courier stated within the email. If you believe your order is lost, please contact us asap so that we can redirect you to a local courier hotline, you will be able to receive direct local information from the hotline.
