Dear Customers,

Our online shop / social media platform will continue to provide services and you can place any order as usual. However since international postal services are still suspended in a certain countries, our deliveries will be affected or delayed in some situation. Please refer to the list below for further details.

  • For all orders placed, we will try to dispatch your order with any available courier service. If the delivery destination is in complete lockdown and had suspended all postal services, we will put your order on hold and will contact you through email for further options, including refund, delay delivery, courier change…etc.

SHOPPING FOR A GIFT DURING THE PANDEMIC?

It is unfortunate that we are going to celebrate the holiday season in a pandemic, please be aware the current postal situation is expected to be much busier than previous years.

All shipping methods might encounter different levels of delay, if you’re shopping for a gift and you’d like to receive your order within a specific time, please consider express delivery (SF Express/Fedex*)

*Fedex is our top choice for the current situation, as their shipping time is more guaranteed.

For all other delivery service including economy service, please refer to the updates below as the service availability of different country varies.

As Hong Kong is currently affected by new wave of COVID19, all deliveries will require extra processing time due to shortened working hours. Our studio is now implementing extra safety measures to ensure everyone is working under a healthy and safe environment.

Economy international delivery is now available to some countries, we will keep our system updated when any further service is available soon. * Staytogether free shipping has ended, Free shipping applies on all orders over USD$250.

DELIVERY

We aim to process your order within 1-2 working days. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. For delivery method and duration, please refer to the table below.

Please note that some of our products are hand made in house by our design team, so dispatch times may vary according to availability, it may take a few extra days to catch up on processing orders. Your patience is appreciated. 

Most orders require 1-2 working days for preparation before they are ready to be dispatched. Please see the estimated delivery time below.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

We offer Express delivery via Fedex/DHL. Please be sure to enter all required information at the checkout, or otherwise delivery will be put on hold.

FEDEX INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY

The delivery time for FEDEX INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY is guaranteed * for 2-4 working days after dispatch.

* Please be noted if the delivery is resulted in local tax/custom charges, the delivery will be delayed. We advice you to contact your local FEDEX helpline with the tracking number if any urgent enquiries is required. Customer will be responsible for all local tax/ custom charges involved. If in doubt please contact us for more information.

DELAY?

Full tracking service is available for most destination. You will be able to find the tracking details in the dispatch confirmation. Please contact us if you're worried about your order. 

WORKING HOURS

We only ship orders Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (GMT +8), and does not operate on public holidays. All orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

HOLIDAY SEASON

If you want to guarantee a delivery for Christmas and other holiday times, please contact us : info@somewherenowhere.net for the latest delivery time. 

CANT FIND YOUR COUNTRY FROM DELIVERY OPTION?

You will be able to find the appropriate country at the checkout page, if you can't find your country while entering your billing details please send us a email and we'll expand our delivery areas as soon as possible. 

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you have entered a wrong shipping address/shipping address is no longer available, please contact us asap. If shipment is lost due to an invalid/wrong shipping address, refund will not be issued.
