Products & Sizing

  • Please refer to the detailed Size Chart available on each product page or via the link in the footer of our website. We highly recommend checking your measurements against our chart to ensure the perfect fit for your order.

  • We are passionate about reducing waste and ensuring quality. Some of our pieces are crafted after your order is placed. Our production time usually takes around 1–3 business days before dispatch.

  • To maintain the highest quality control and focus on delivering our seasonal collections efficiently, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue full custom design services. We are dedicated to providing the best selection of curated designs through our main shop.

Order & Discounts & Payments

  • If you wish to request a refund or exchange, or simply want to know more about anything, we're happy to help! Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to make changes, as orders may be prepared for dispatch quickly.

  • Discount codes can be entered during the checkout process. Please note that most codes cannot be combined with existing sale prices or other promotions.

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.) as well as PayPal and other popular digital wallets available in your region. All transactions are securely processed.

Delivery & Support

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email that includes your tracking number. If you require further information about your delivery, please email us at info@somewherenowhere.net and we will assist you further.

  • Tracking information can be found within the dispatch confirmation email. If you believe your order is lost, please contact us ASAP so that we can redirect you to a local courier hotline; you will then be able to receive direct local information from the hotline.

  • Yes, you can return your order for a full refund (excluding shipping charges paid), assuming goods are unworn and in original condition. All returns are bound by our comprehensive Returns / Exchanges page To make a return, please follow our process outlined there.

  • We ship orders from two locations: our Toronto, Canada studio and our Hong Kong studio. Your order will be fulfilled from the location that allows us to offer you the quickest and most economical delivery based on product availability and your destination.Why don't you offer custom orders anymore?

  • You should be able to find the appropriate country at the checkout page. If you still can't find your country while entering your billing details, please send us an email, and we'll work to expand our delivery areas as soon as possible.

Product Care & Materials

  • Since many of our items feature faux fur, sequins, or unique textures, we recommend spot cleaning only where possible, or professional dry cleaning to preserve the integrity of the material and shape. Do not machine wash or tumble dry any item unless the interior tag specifically allows it. Please refer to the care label inside your garment for the best results.

  • We prioritize creating unique pieces using a variety of high-quality materials, including cotton, polyester, faux leather (PU), and faux fur sherpa. Specific material breakdowns are listed on each product page, reflecting our fearless use of color and texture.

  • We primarily use high-quality faux fur and faux leather (PU) in our designs. We believe in creating inimitable styles using responsible material choices.

Gift Card

  • When redeeming a gift card, the full balance is always applied to your order total. It is not possible to partially redeem a gift card unless the order total is less than the gift card balance. Any remaining balance stays on the card.

  • No, sales pricing and discount codes cannot be used when purchasing a gift card. However, these discounts will apply to any future orders made using the gift card as payment.

  • Yes. If you refund an item that was purchased with a gift card, the refunded amount will be added back to the gift card's original balance.

  • The best way to stay up-to-date on new drops, restocks, and sales is to sign up for our newsletter! You can often get a discount code for your first order when you sign up

  • SOMEWHERE NOWHERE was founded in London in 2013 by the creative duo Rex Lo and Elly Cheng after they graduated from the London College of Fashion. We moved our studio to Hong Kong in 2015. Our brand is all about empowering anyone who dares to express themselves and embrace color and texture.Do you have physical stores or stockists?

  • We currently operate primarily as an online shop. Any information regarding temporary pop-ups or third-party stockists will be announced on our social media channels.
