We’re all about slow, thoughtful fashion. 'Made to Order' means we start crafting your piece specially for you after you place your order! This helps us reduce waste and keep things sustainable. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to create your item before it's ready to fly out to you.

To make sure every SWNW collection is the best it can be, we’ve decided to focus all our creative energy on our seasonal drops. While we don't offer full custom designs right now, we’re always dreaming up new styles we think you’ll love!

If you need to make a change, please reach out as quickly as possible! Because we start preparing orders fast, we can only make changes if your package hasn't left the studio yet. If it’s already on its way, don't worry—you can still follow our standard return process once it arrives.

Got a special treat? You can apply your discount code at the very last step of your checkout journey! Simply look for the 'Discount Code' box before you finalize your order, type in your code, and watch the magic happen.
Just a little heads-up: Most of our codes can only be used one at a time and usually can't be combined with items already in our ⚡️SALE⚡️ section. If your code isn't working, double-check that those fluffy treasures in your cart aren't already on sale!

A 'Pre-Order' means we are currently busy stitching that specific style in the studio. You can find the estimated shipping date on the product page. If you order an in-stock item at the same time, we’ll keep it safe and ship everything together once the whole family is ready.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email that includes your tracking number. If you require further information about your delivery, please email us at info@somewherenowhere.net and we will assist you further.

Unlike 'fast fashion' giants, we are a tiny, heart-led studio. Many of our signature fluffy coats and limited-edition items are finished by hand.
The Studio Phase: We take 1–2 business days to lovingly pack and prep your order.
The Journey Phase: Once it leaves our hands, it usually takes 7–14 business days to reach your corner of the world.

Yes, you can return your order for a full refund (excluding shipping charges paid), assuming goods are unworn and in original condition. All returns are bound by our comprehensive Returns / Exchanges page To make a return, please follow our process outlined there.

We ship orders from two locations: our Toronto, Canada studio and our Hong Kong studio. Your order will be fulfilled from the location that allows us to offer you the quickest and most economical delivery based on product availability and your destination.Why don't you offer custom orders anymore?

Deep breaths. International shipping can be unpredictable. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 15 business days, please email us at hello@somewherenowhere.net with your order number or fill the form below. We will personally hunt down your package for you.

To keep your pieces looking fluffy and fabulous, we recommend spot cleaning only or a trip to a professional dry cleaner. Unless the tag says otherwise, please keep them away from the washing machine and tumble dryer—they prefer a gentle touch!

We prioritize creating unique pieces using a variety of high-quality materials, including cotton, polyester, faux leather (PU), and faux fur sherpa. Specific material breakdowns are listed on each product page, reflecting our fearless use of color and texture.

Never! We only use high-quality faux fur and faux leather (PU). We believe you can be fearless with your style while still being kind to our furry friends.
Gift Card

When redeeming a gift card, the full balance is always applied to your order total. It is not possible to partially redeem a gift card unless the order total is less than the gift card balance. Any remaining balance stays on the card.

No, sales pricing and discount codes cannot be used when purchasing a gift card. However, these discounts will apply to any future orders made using the gift card as payment.

Yes. If you refund an item that was purchased with a gift card, the refunded amount will be added back to the gift card's original balance.

SOMEWHERE NOWHERE was founded in London in 2013 by the creative duo Rex Lo and Elly Cheng after they graduated from the London College of Fashion. We moved our studio to Hong Kong in 2015. Our brand is all about empowering anyone who dares to express themselves and embrace color and texture.Do you have physical stores or stockists?
