  • Not a perfect match? No worries! If you aren't completely in love with your purchase, you’re welcome to request a return or exchange.

    • The 14-Day Window: Just send us an email within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know.

    • How to Start: Pop an email over to info@somewherenowhere.net. We’ll reply with all the instructions and the return address you’ll need.

    • Keep it Fresh: To be eligible, items should be in their original, unused, and unworn condition, tucked safely back into their original packaging with all the documentation included.

    • What Happens Next: Once your item arrives back at our studio and we give it a quick check, we’ll issue your refund immediately or get your exchange moving!

    • A Tiny Reminder: To keep things fair, Somewhere Nowhere may not be able to accept return requests if we aren't contacted within that initial 14-day period.

  • Sending items back to us:

    • Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping the item back to our studio is covered by you.

    • Original Delivery Fees: We aren’t able to refund the original shipping charge unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

    • Safe Travels: Your return is your responsibility until it reaches us. To keep your treasures safe, we strongly recommend using a tracked or insured delivery service so you can follow its journey back home!

  • Oh no! We’re so sorry. If your item arrives with a fault or any damage, we want to fix it right away.

    • Full Support: For faulty items, we provide a full refund, including your original shipping costs.

    • What to Do: Please follow our standard return process by emailing info@somewherenowhere.net within 14 days. Just let us know what the issue is, and we’ll take care of the rest!

  • Is your package missing in action? Let’s track it down!

    • Reporting a Delay: If your package feels like it’s taking an extra-long nap or seems lost, please contact us ASAP. We’ll help you get in touch with the local courier for direct updates.

    • "Delivered" but Not There: If your tracking says “Delivered” but you don't see it, please let us know within 14 days so we can investigate.

    • Timing is Everything: If a package is missing for over 2 months without a report, it becomes very hard for our team to investigate with the couriers, so we won't be able to issue a refund in those cases.

    • Address Check: Please double-check your address at checkout! If a package is lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund. We'll always do our best to help you redirect it if you catch the mistake early, though!

  • Please note: Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Flash Sale' are extra special deals and aren't eligible for return or exchange. Double-check your size before grabbing these treats!
