Returns / Exchanges

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange.

    • Eligibility Window: You must contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

    • How to Start: Email your request to info@somewherenowhere.net. We will reply with detailed instructions and the necessary return address.

    • Condition of Item: Return items should be in their original, unused, and unworn condition and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

    • Processing: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be issued immediately. Alternatively, we are happy to arrange an exchange if preferred.

    • Rejection Clause: Somewhere Nowhere reserves the right to reject any refund or return request if we are not contacted via email within the 14-day period.

  • Please review the responsibilities for shipping costs when making a return.

    • Cost of Return: The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

    • Original Shipping Fee: We will not refund the original delivery charge unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

    • Security: The return item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you use a tracked or insured delivery service for the value of the goods.

  • If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, we apologize and will ensure a quick resolution.

    • Full Refund Policy: A full refund, including the original delivery cost, will be issued for all faulty items.

    • Procedure: Please follow the same return procedure by contacting us via email at info@somewherenowhere.net within 14 days of receiving the order, clearly stating the fault.

    • Shipping Fee Refund: Delivery charges are only refundable where the goods are faulty.

  • Your prompt communication is essential for us to assist with lost deliveries.

    • Reporting Lost Mail: If your package is lost or severely delayed, please contact us ASAP. We will redirect you to your local courier hotline so you can receive direct local updates.

    • Reporting "Delivered" Packages: If the tracking status has changed to “delivered” but you have not received your package, you are advised to report the loss to us within 14 days of the delivered status.

    • Non-Reported Loss: If the package is lost for over 2 months and no report has been made, no refund will be issued, as our team will be unable to initiate any investigation.

    • Incorrect Address: If you entered a wrong address during checkout, let us know and we will try our best to redirect the delivery. However, no refund will be issued if the order is lost because of an invalid, wrong shipping address, or if the address is not available to receive the package.
